Aya still works nights as an ER tech. The baking happens in the mornings, which is why nothing here is made in advance. There is no shelf to make it for.

A birthday, a graduation, a Tuesday that needed improving. Custom cakes need 48 hours. Everything else on the menu is same day, and all of it is pickup from 5303 S Telegraph Rd.
The pattern above is tatreez, Palestinian counted cross-stitch, worked one square at a time. The upright shape between the stars is a cypress, which stands for endurance. For most of a century a woman's village could be read off the stitching on her dress.

48 hours. Everything else on the menu is same day, so a shake or fried Oreos can be picked up the day you ask.
