Privacy Policy
Updated 17 September 2026. This page is short because the website does very little. It was written from what the site actually does, checked against it, and not by a lawyer — have it reviewed before relying on it.
The website collects nothing
There is no account, no login, no basket and no order form anywhere on this site. There is nowhere to type your name, your email or your card details, because no such field exists. Orders are placed by phone, by text, by message or in person — so anything we know about your order, you told us directly.
No cookies, and two small exceptions
This site sets no cookies at all, which is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. It keeps exactly two things in your browser's session storage: whether you have already seen the opening title card, and where you had scrolled to, so the back button returns you to the right place. Both are deleted when you close the tab, and neither says anything about who you are.
Page-view counts, without cookies
The site's host, Cloudflare, counts page views through its Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not follow you to other websites; it records that a page was loaded, roughly where in the world from, and what kind of browser. Aya uses it to see which pages people actually read. It cannot be used to pick you out, and there is no profile to look up.
The question box
The assistant in the corner answers questions about the menu. What you type is sent to the site so it can be answered, and it is capped at 500 characters. No conversation history is kept and nothing you type is stored against you. Please do not put anything private in it — it is a menu box, not a message to Aya. To reach us, call or text.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and knowingly collects nothing from anyone under 13. Since it collects nothing from anyone of any age, there is nothing held about a child to find or delete.
Asking what is held, or having it removed
You can ask what Aya holds about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. Because nothing is gathered by this website, anything we have came from an order you placed with us — call or text (313) 429-9095 and we handle it directly. Records we have to keep for tax and bookkeeping are the exception, and everything else goes.
If this changes
If the site starts collecting something, this page changes before it does, and the date at the top is how you will know.
